Salary: £50,000 (or £40,000 pro-rata for a 4-day week)

About the Role:
As HR Operations Manager, you'll take charge of the UK HR function - delivering top-tier HR services, supporting senior leaders, and driving engagement, compliance, and culture initiatives. Your work will directly impact how we scale and support our team across borders.
You'll Be Great In This Role If You Have:
Essential Skills & Experience:
Solid experience managing HR operations and teams in the private sector
CIPD Level 5 or equivalent (or working towards it)
Strong employee relations background with the ability to advise and influence at all levels
Proactive problem-solving and critical thinking skills
A discreet and professional approach to handling sensitive data
Top-notch organisational and communication skills
Confidence in challenging decisions and shaping policy
Tech-savvy - comfortable with MS Office and HR/payroll systems
Desirables:
Experience in hospitality, retail, or a similarly fast-moving sector
Knowledge of international HR practices (especially UK, US, Singapore)
A background in driving cultural or organisational change
Experience delivering training and presenting to teams
Strategic thinking and a desire to help shape the future of HR at a growing company
