LOCATION: West Midlands

Due to the increase in business and demand on services within a busy branded 4-star hotel Company, we are looking for an experienced Hotel Sales Account Manager who can proactively manage a portfolio of approx. 50 Corporate Companies with their accommodation & conference business for 2 hotels in the West Midlands region.
This is a proactive sales role with a mixture of on the road and office-based appointments, working Monday to Friday with the occasional evening and weekend work with familiarisation trips and networking events.
We need to find someone who has experience in a similar role within hotel Sales or Account Sales Management.
This role will involve proactively building relationships with existing clients and agents to support them with their conference and accommodation requirements and regularly meet to ensure the level of service is met.
Proactively seeking new business either face to face or telephone calls or any other tried and tested method.
This role requires:
* you to have the ability to demonstrate a proven track record of account management for a variety of corporate companies across the UK.
* the ability to possess excellent customer care experience & attention to detail.
* you to be commercially aware, understanding the importance of working within costs & departmental budgets.
* an individual to develop and grow new & existing business with a key focus on the conference and accommodation markets in the local area and nationwide.
* An excellent personal presentation
* A self-driven Account Manager who can work autonomously and with a team.
