Finance Director Responsibilities:
- An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Finance Director to take over- arching responsibility for two London Hotels.
- As Finance Director you will work closely with the Ops Director to steer the commercial decisions for the sites, maximising on all opportunities to drive revenues to the bottom line.
- Working closely with head office and the Group FD, the role will hold a high degree of autonomy to benefit the hotels and wider company at large.
- Expectations of the role is that the successful individual will be actively involved with the management of the team, nurturing, training and developing.

The Essential Skills of Regional FC:
- Qualified accountant with a wealth of experience working in large diverse UK hotels.
- Experience of corporate taxation is essential to the role.
- Experience of financing through banks is critical to the role.
