This stunning, new conceptual hotel bar retreat in Hull is seeking to further strengthen its team with the following appointment of a Bar Manager.
About The Package:

This is a permanent, full time position working 40 hours a week.
Requirements of the role:
* To focus on great energy to lead a team and empower your staff to deliver excellence daily in this newly refurbished hotel Cocktail Bar.
* To have a great vibe to make this a fun venue for both guests and local residents alike, through the creation of fun offers & promotions and to own it as if it is your own business
* Must have previous experience and background of working in a 4 star hotel bar OR a high quality venue.
* Must have the ability and proven experience of forecasting, Food & liquor ordering from suppliers as well as managing wage and cost controls.
This is an exciting position within a trnedy & modern bar concept offering creative menus, from coffee & pastries, Prosecco with Afternoon teas though to evening cocktails.
Person Specification
* A strong all-round Bar General Manager or Bar Manager with experience of managing trendy bars with excellent interpersonal skills and have ideally experienced a new opening.
* Previous experience within a high-end city Bar or 4-star Hotel Bar.
* To have the presence and gravitas about yourself to represent the luxury venue you are working in.
* Previous experience of implementing the services standards, work with your F&B Manager and General Manager to make this a destination bar.
* Positive attitude and desire to excel in your role with resilience and character need for the face of the bar.
