The Business Development Director Opportunity
My clients are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Business Development Director to join our leadership team to drive our growth strategy. This new position is to support our newly created external hotel management arm.
Key Business Development Director Responsibilities:
- Lead the creation, development, and execution of a comprehensive business development strategy to deliver against the company's ambitious growth targets.
- Identify and evaluate new business opportunities, including partnerships, acquisitions and strategic alliances.
Background and experience:
- Proven track record of success in hotel business development, with at least 10 years of experience in a leadership role that has led to strong relationships with hotel agents, brokers, investors, hotel owners, brands and advisors.
- Experienced in critical analysis of projections and the nuances of all elements of Portfolio and Hotel Management Agreements.
- Experience and understanding of hotel brands.
- Strong understanding of the Operator/Owner/Brand relationship.
- Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to negotiate, close deals and deliver results.
