ROLE: Food & Beverage Manager
LOCATION: Lake District
SALARY: up to £32,000 per year plus Tips.
This charming 4-star country house hotel situated in the Lake District is seeking a passionate, personable and engaging Food and Beverage Manager.
If you are an Events Manager or Assistant Food and Beverage Manager wanting career progression, then listen up!
* You will take ownership of the Restaurant, Bar and Events departments, its budget, staff and service ethic as well as support your departmental heads with leadership and empowerment to develop service levels.
* Drive and develop strong brand standards with your team ensuring that every guest receives an amazing experience.
* Build on the hotels excellent reputation using your commercial and financial knowledge and experience to further drive sales.
* This is a hands-on role and requires the Food and Beverage Manager to be on the floor, supporting your team and be passionate about service.
We are looking for an individual who has a stable career within 4-star corporate hotel with brand standards.
Ideally have a knowledgeable background in running weddings as the hotel has around 80 weddings a year.
