This is an ideal opportunity for a passionate assistant manager looking for that next step in an idyllic setting, offering a relaxed yet highly professional food and beverage offering
if you can demonstrate an understanding of both volume and quality with some exposure to either a private members club or fast paced stand alone restaurant this could be an ideal opportunity to break into the luxury hotel sector
As Assistant Food and beverage manager you can expect:
