This award wining group of restaurants and gastro pubs based around the Eastbourne area is now looking to expand the team with the appointment of a Head Mixologist to oversee and take ownership of the companies cocktail offering.

reporting into the Head of Food and Beverage - this Head Mixologist role will require someone with great experience, financial and commercial acumen and the ability to not only write, create innovative seasonal cocktails but roll them out across the group in training sessions for the bar staff.
