ROLE: Hotel Finance Manager
LOCATION: Based at Head Office in Birmingham, with monthly travel to sister hotel in Berkshire
SALARY: £45-£60,000 per year depending upon experience , plus access to Company Car to travel between hotels.
As a key member of the Hotel's senior finance management team reporting directly to the Hotel Owners; the Hotel Finance Manager will oversee all financial reporting including the management of each hotels P&L accounts, hotel payroll, annual audits & the control of all financial processes within the operation of 2 hotels.
This is hands on role with additional support in the Accounts team in each site to complete the account's function.
We are looking for an experienced multi or single site hotel Finance Manager or Financial Controller from a Hotel Background with proven ability of self accounting within a single hotel or a cluster of hotels , ready to take on a new challenge.
The Finance manager or Dual Site Finance Manager needs to be able to lead by example, have excellent communication skills, be commercially astute, be a good problem solver and be able to work on self-initiative.Have a strong understanding of month end and year end accounting within Hotels and have knowledge of hotel finances.
Knowledge of Opera and Sales & catering will be an advantage, as well as Sage Line 50 & Microsoft Excel.
