Established Pub Company - Herefordshire
JWR is recruiting for a passionate and experienced Head Chef to lead the kitchen team of a pub with rooms in Herefordshire. As Head Chef, you will be responsible for delivering a memorable dining experience for its guests. This role requires strong leadership skills and a commitment to maintaining high standards of food quality and presentation.Salary/Package

Key Responsibilities:
- Leading and managing the kitchen team, including recruitment, training, and development.
- Delivering innovative menus that reflect seasonal ingredients and cater to diverse tastes.
- Ensuring efficient kitchen operations, including stock control and budget management.
- Maintaining high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and health and safety practices.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Head Chef or Senior Sous Chef in a reputable establishment.
- Excellent culinary skills with a focus on quality & consistency.
- Strong leadership abilities and the capacity to inspire and motivate a team.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
