The Role of Experience and Events Manager
As the Experience & Events Manager, you will play a pivotal role in curating and delivering unique events across our hotel group. You'll be responsible for crafting and executing a diverse calendar of events, from Christmas and New Year's Eve celebrations to niche cultural events like Burns Night and Trafalgar Day. Your goal will be to create exciting, memorable experiences that resonate with guests and drive footfall to restaurants, bars, and hotels.

Key Responsibilities:

• Event Creation & Management: Plan, develop, and deliver a dynamic range of events across our venues, aligning with seasonal, cultural, and calendar-based occasions.
• Guest Experience: Ensure every event is seamlessly executed and creates memorable guest experiences that boost our reputation.
• Collaborate: Work closely with our restaurant, bar, and hotel teams to ensure all events integrate smoothly with our brand and operational capabilities.
• Marketing & Promotion: Collaborate with marketing teams to drive awareness and excitement around events through social media, digital marketing, and local campaigns.
• Supplier Management: Build relationships with key suppliers, entertainers, and partners to bring events to life.
• Budget Management: Oversee event budgets, ensuring maximum impact while meeting financial targets.

Experience required for the Experience and Events Manager

• Experience in Restaurants/Bars: You have a background in managing events within restaurants, bars, or hospitality settings.
• Creative & Innovative: You're full of fresh ideas to create events that guests will talk about long after they've left.
• Exceptional Organisational Skills: You thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple events while maintaining an exceptional level of detail.
