Key Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day operations to ensure a seamless and exceptional dining experience for guests.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a high-performing team to uphold the standards of service and hospitality.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to drive revenue growth and meet financial targets.
- Maintain a strong focus on customer satisfaction and engagement.
- Manage inventory, control costs, and optimise operational efficiency.
- Foster positive relationships with suppliers, staff, and stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and uphold food quality standards.
- Innovate and implement creative marketing initiatives to attract and retain customers.
