Role: Proactive Event Sales Executive - Golf & Country Club
Location: Worcester
Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 per year plus performance-related bonus
This Proactive Event Sales Executive role offers an exciting opportunity for someone with a solid sales background in the hotel or resort sector, ideally with experience in golf or sports-related events. The position centres on driving new business, managing pricing strategies, and promoting golf-focused events, adding a dynamic dimension to the role.
As a highly proactive and personable ambassador, you'll connect with both new clients and existing members to grow engagement and elevate the club's brand.
Key Responsibilities:
* Event Sales & New Business Development: Proactively identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, especially for golf-related events.
* Pricing Strategy Management: Developing competitive accommodation pricing to attract leisure and golf guests.
* Networking & Promotions: Representing the club at events, building relationships, and executing marketing campaigns.
We are looking for someone who has experience of working in a hotel with a golf course to understand how the operation works and also have experience of developing marketing ideas and promotions & enjoys being customer facing role and being the ambassador of the company.
This is a great opportunity for a Sales Executive or Sales Manager from a hotel or golf course to join the team and get involved with the marketing and sales of the venue
