This stunning property offering 50 cover 2 rosette restaurant in an idyllic setting is now looking for an engaging and experienced Restaurant manager to head up a passionate team in the delivery of a warm, personal and professional service across Breakfast Lunch and evening
The property sits in acres of its own grounds and strives to offer its Guests an opportunity to be indulge and relax whilst experiencing fantastic local cuisine for around the area.
As the Restaurant manager you will be comfortable leading a small team, nurturing them and leading from the front as the face of the business in a limited covers operation
You will need to have evidence of either a background as an assistant or Restaurant manager within a similar style of operation where quality and the guest journey is important
