Salary: Up to £45,000 per year, plus 20% bonus, mileage paid, laptop & mobile, and extensive benefits including:- Leisure club membership for yourself and one other

The Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Director of Sales to lead our sales strategy, driving growth in key corporate accounts, meetings, and events. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing the hotel's sales and marketing strategy to maximise revenue, while actively acquiring new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute the hotel's sales and marketing strategy
- Manage and grow revenue streams from key corporate accounts for both accommodation and meeting/event sales
- Proactively seek new business opportunities to drive revenue growth
- Maintain strong commercial awareness of the local and regional market
- Collaborate with the hotel management team to meet and exceed business goals
Essential Skills:
- Extensive experience in Director of Sales (DOS) roles, preferably within corporate hotel environments
- Proven background in Meetings & Events Sales, with a solid understanding of the 4-star hotel market
- Commercially astute, with deep knowledge of local market opportunities, especially within the North West and Midlands
- Experience in selling conference, meetings & events, and corporate accommodation accounts in volume
- Ability to travel regularly for client meetings and appointments
