Salary: £45,000-£50,000 per year, plus tips valued at 10% of salary, along with benefits as part of a major hotel and restaurant group.

As Restaurant Manager, you will:
* Enjoy full operational autonomy, overseeing all aspects of service, including breakfast, lunch, dinner, and room service.
* Lead recruitment, training, and development, building and maintaining a motivated team.
* Drive marketing, sales, and strategic business planning to achieve commercial objectives.
* Plan and develop wine and cocktail menus, ensuring they align with seasonal dishes and are cost-effective.
* Manage booking systems and ensure operational excellence.
You are:
* Experienced: You've excelled in a leadership role within a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
* Knowledgeable: You hold a WSET Level 2 certification (minimum) and possess a strong understanding of wine and beverage programs.
* Team-Focused: You excel in recruiting, training, and developing teams, creating a culture of service excellence.
* Flexible: You thrive in a busy setting and are comfortable with weekends and late finishes.
* Detail-Oriented and Passionate: You take pride in delivering exceptional customer experiences and have a keen eye for detail.
