Group Head of Food - Exceptional Food-Led Operations (Surrey & Hampshire)

We are seeking a Group Head of Food to join a stunning collection of exceptional food-led operations based across the Home Counties.
About the Role: As the Group Head of Food, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and leading the food offering across multiple sites. You'll work closely with the Directors and site-based stakeholders to ensure the highest standards of culinary excellence, creativity, and consistency. Your ability to think commercially will help drive the food strategy, elevating the brand and enhancing customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Innovate and Lead: Continuously develop and refine the food offering, ensuring it aligns with the latest trends, tastes, and consumer demands.
- Commercial Focus: Utilise your financial acumen to optimise budgets, control costs, and drive profitability while maintaining exceptional quality.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the Directors and site teams to develop and implement food strategies tailored to each location.
- Stakeholder Management: Build strong relationships with site managers, suppliers, and stakeholders, ensuring smooth communication and the delivery of business goals.
- Travel & Flexibility: Regularly travel between sites in Surrey and Hampshire, providing hands-on support and leadership where needed.
About You:
- A genuine passion for food, with an eye for emerging trends and the ability to translate them into innovative menu concepts.
- Strong financial acumen and experience managing budgets, P&Ls, and driving profitability.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, able to inspire teams and collaborate effectively across all levels.
- A proven track record in multi site food-led operations, with experience in managing multiple sites or venues.
- A proactive, results-driven attitude with a keen eye for detail and a desire to push the boundaries of food excellence.
