With a focus on both the extensive conference and leisure business, the General Manager will play a pivotal role in delivering seamless guest experiences and achieving strategic objectives.Key Responsibilities:
- Provide leadership and direction to all hotel departments, including front-of-house, housekeeping, food and beverage, and conference operations.
- Ensure high levels of guest satisfaction by maintaining exceptional service standards.
