Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and motivate a team of front-of-house staff, ensuring exceptional service is delivered at all times.
• Oversee daily restaurant operations, including staffing, reservations, and service flow.
• Ensure high standards of food and beverage quality, presentation, and service in line with the restaurant's fine dining ethos.
• Drive a positive and professional team culture, fostering strong relationships between front-of-house and kitchen teams.
• Manage and mentor the team, providing continuous development and training opportunities.
• Work closely with senior management to implement strategies for growth, improving guest satisfaction, and increasing profitability.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, quality control standards, and company policies.
• Develop and maintain excellent guest relations, with a focus on repeat custom and VIP service.

• Currently a Restaurant Manager in a fine dining establishment in Central London.
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
• Exceptional knowledge of fine dining service standards, food, and wine.
• A natural people person with strong communication skills and a passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences.
• Experience in managing operations, training, and developing staff in a high-end restaurant environment.
• Strong organizational skills and a keen eye for detail.
• A great team player with a collaborative approach to problem-solving.
• Experience managing budgets, inventory, and controlling costs.
