Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and motivate a team of front-of-house staff, ensuring exceptional service is delivered at all times.
- Oversee daily restaurant operations, including staffing, reservations, and service flow.
- Ensure high standards of food and beverage quality, presentation, and service in line with the restaurant's fine dining ethos.
- Drive a positive and professional team culture, fostering strong relationships between front-of-house and kitchen teams.
- Manage and mentor the team, providing continuous development and training opportunities.
- Work closely with senior management to implement strategies for growth, improving guest satisfaction, and increasing profitability.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, quality control standards, and company policies.
- Develop and maintain excellent guest relations, with a focus on repeat custom and VIP service.

- Currently a Restaurant Manager in a fine dining establishment in Central London.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
- Exceptional knowledge of fine dining service standards, food, and wine.
- A natural people person with strong communication skills and a passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences.
- Experience in managing operations, training, and developing staff in a high-end restaurant environment.
- Strong organizational skills and a keen eye for detail.

- Experience managing budgets, inventory, and controlling costs.
