JWR is currently recruiting for a Hotel General Manager with a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences, to lead the talented team at our clients 4-star hotel renowned for its warm hospitality, stylish accommodations, and outstanding conference and dining facilities.Salary / Package

As General Manager, you will be the driving force behind the hotel's operations, ensuring the seamless delivery of high-quality services.
You will lead a diverse team, manage day-to-day operations, and work strategically to achieve financial and operational goals while maintaining the hotel's reputation for excellence.Key Responsibilities
- Leadership: Inspire, motivate, and mentor a dedicated team to deliver exceptional guest service.
- Operations Management: Oversee all departments, ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness, hospitality, and operational efficiency.
