Seeking an experienced and motivated Reception Manager to lead the front-of-house team and uphold the highest standards of hospitality.
Role Overview:
As Reception Manager, you will be the face of our hotel, responsible for ensuring seamless guest experiences from check-in to check-out. You will oversee and manage a team of two receptionists, driving efficiency, professionalism, and a warm, welcoming atmosphere. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong leadership skills and a passion for guest service to thrive in a prestigious setting.Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, motivate, and manage the reception team to deliver outstanding guest service.
- Oversee all reception operations, including check-ins, check-outs, and guest inquiries.
- Develop staff schedules, ensuring adequate coverage and compliance with hotel policies.
- Train and mentor receptionists, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Handle guest complaints and feedback with professionalism, resolving issues promptly.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction.
- Maintain and improve front-desk procedures to enhance operational efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and uphold the hotel's standards.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry, ideally in a luxury or heritage setting.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in hotel management software and booking systems.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences.
- Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.
