About the Role
As Restaurant Manager, you will be at the heart of our culinary success, ensuring that every guest enjoys impeccable service and a remarkable dining experience. You'll manage daily operations, inspire and lead a talented team, and work closely with the Executive Chef to maintain the highest standards of quality and innovation.
Key Responsibilities
- Leadership & Team Management: Lead, motivate, and develop a team of professionals to deliver outstanding service.
- Guest Experience: Ensure every guest receives a seamless and luxurious dining experience that exceeds expectations.
- Operational Excellence: Oversee day-to-day restaurant operations, including reservations, service standards, and compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Collaboration: Work with the culinary team to enhance menu offerings, support events, and ensure alignment with the hotel's overall vision.
- Financial Acumen: Manage budgets, optimize revenue, and control costs while maintaining the highest standards.
