Job Title: Cluster Hotel HR Manager - Hybrid Role
Location: Midlands Region
Salary: Up to £40,000 per year + £4,500 car allowance + performance-based bonus + extensive employee rewards and benefits
Are you an energetic, driven HR professional ready to elevate your career in a dynamic hospitality environment? A leading hotel group in the Midlands is seeking a Cluster HR Manager to join their senior HR team. This hybrid role combines home-based flexibility with regular site visits, requiring a minimum of one visit per hotel per month.

The Role:
As the Cluster HR Manager, you'll report directly to the HR Director and lead the HR function across multiple hotels. You'll ensure company policies are upheld, core values are championed, and employee engagement remains a top priority.
This generalist HR role is diverse and hands-on, encompassing recruitment, training, compliance, and employee relations. You'll be instrumental in driving a culture of excellence while maintaining legal compliance and accurate HR records.

What You'll Do:
* Recruitment & Talent Management: Attract and on-board high-calibre talent to strengthen hotel teams.
* Training & Development: Cultivate a culture of growth by implementing learning and development strategies.
* Employee Relations: Provide expert advice on ER matters, ensuring compliance with employment legislation and overseeing associated documentation.
* Compliance: Maintain accurate personnel records and ensure all employment eligibility and statutory requirements are met.
* Engagement & Team Building: Foster strong working relationships and drive initiatives to enhance employee engagement.
* Hybrid Role Flexibility: Split your time between home, office, and hotel visits to maintain a strong presence and connection with teams.

What You Bring:
* Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar role within 4-star hotels.
* CIPD qualification is preferred but not essential if you have extensive HR experience in hospitality.
* A track record of successfully recruiting and retaining talented individuals.
* Strong knowledge of employment legislation and practical application.
* Exceptional communication skills and the ability to advise managers on employee relations.
* Experience in maintaining HR systems and records, including payroll oversight.
* A passion for team building, fostering engagement, and driving operational success.

Why Join Us?
* Hybrid Role Flexibility: Enjoy the balance of remote working with on-site engagement at premium hotel locations.
* Competitive Package: Receive up to £40,000 per year plus a £4,500 car allowance and performance-based bonus.
* Employee Benefits: Access extensive rewards and benefits as part of a recognised, forward-thinking hotel group.
* Career Progression: Be part of a team that values innovation, development, and leadership potential.

Eligibility:
Applicants must have the right to live and work in the UK. Visa sponsorship is not available.
If you're ready to lead HR operations, drive engagement, and make a meaningful impact across multiple hotel locations, we'd love to hear from you. Apply now to join a company that values excellence and innovation!
