JWR is recruiting for a talented Pastry Sous Chef to join the team at a renowned luxury hotel in Hampshire, celebrated for its exceptional farm-to-fork ethos and focus on sustainability.

The Role:
As Pastry Sous Chef, you'll lead the pastry team, crafting everything from show-stopping desserts to freshly baked bread. Supporting the Head Chef, you'll take ownership of the pastry section, contributing to menu development and ensuring the highest standards of quality and presentation. You'll also play a vital role in mentoring and inspiring junior team members.What we're looking for:
