- Salary from £45k+ Tronc/Tips (approx. £6k pa) Total OTE £55-£60k

As Head Chef, you will have the input and autonomy to craft exceptional, seasonal menus that celebrate locally sourced ingredients and reflect the best of Norfolk's rich culinary heritage.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead, motivate, and develop a dedicated kitchen team.
- Support in designing and delivering creative, seasonal menus, focusing on locally sourced and sustainable ingredients.
- Manage all aspects of kitchen operations, including stock control, supplier relationships, and compliance with health & safety regulations.
- Maintain exceptional food quality and presentation standards.
- Monitor and manage kitchen budgets, ensuring profitability without compromising quality.
- Foster a positive and collaborative working environment.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience as a Head Chef or Senior Sous Chef in a high-quality, fast-paced establishment.
- A passion for seasonal, locally sourced ingredients and the creativity to showcase them.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and mentor a team.
- A keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering exceptional dishes.
- Excellent organisational skills and the ability to thrive under pressure.
- A deep understanding of kitchen financials, stock management, and GP control.
