We are seeking a dedicated Spa Therapist to join the exceptional spa team at a renowned luxury hotel located in a tranquil, idyllic setting. The hotel offers a serene atmosphere where guests can unwind, relax, and indulge in world-class treatments designed to rejuvenate both body and mind. With a strong focus on excellence and luxury, the spa is a key part of the hotel's commitment to delivering an unparalleled guest experience.

As a Spa Therapist, you will be providing a consistently high level of service to the guests, ensuring that every treatment is tailored to meet their needs and exceed expectations. This role offers the chance to work in a beautiful, luxurious environment and be part of a team that takes pride in delivering exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver professional and high-quality treatments in accordance with company standards and procedures, ensuring an exceptional experience for every guest.
  • Provide personalised consultations, taking into account guests' preferences, medical concerns, and treatment goals.
  • Offer after-treatment advice and recommend home care products to enhance the guest's experience and generate retail revenue.
  • Maintain impeccable presentation and grooming standards at all times, ensuring the spa and treatment rooms are always clean, tidy, and welcoming.
  • Ensure the appropriate use of professional products, adhering to cost-effective treatment targets.
  • Assist with stocktaking and ensure treatment rooms and equipment are properly maintained.
  • Collaborate closely with receptionists and managers to ensure smooth operations and exceptional guest service.
  • Be flexible with working hours to meet the needs of the spa's guests.

Essential Skills & Qualifications:

  • Fully qualified therapist with an ITEC, CIDESCO, CIBTAC, or equivalent qualification.
  • Minimum NVQ Level 3 certification.
  • Ideally qualified in deep tissue massage.
  • Previous experience in a five-star spa environment is highly desirable.
  • Excellent attention to detail and presentation standards.
  • Strong customer service skills with a focus on providing a bespoke experience.
  • Ability to work in a team and adapt to changing schedules.
