We are looking for a highly skilled and dynamic Group Operations Director to join our growing Hotel Management company, overseeing a diverse and expanding portfolio of properties across the UK.
As the Group Operations Director, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of multiple hotel sites, ensuring exceptional service standards, operational efficiency, and driving profitability. This is a unique opportunity to make a significant impact in a fast-paced, forward-thinking organisation that offers variety and challenges in a role that requires strategic oversight and hands-on leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the operations of multiple hotel properties across the UK.
- Drive operational excellence and ensure consistency in quality standards and service delivery.
- Oversee budgets and financial performance, making data-driven decisions to achieve commercial objectives.
- Work closely with senior stakeholders to develop and execute business strategies that maximise revenue and profitability.
- Foster a strong culture of teamwork and accountability within all hotel teams.
- Conduct site visits across the UK, providing leadership, support, and training to on-site teams.
- Identify areas for operational improvement and implement effective solutions.
- Maintain strong relationships with key partners, clients, and suppliers.
Key Requirements:
- Previous experience in a senior operational multi site management role within hotel.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence and motivate teams at all levels.
- Strong commercial and financial acumen with a track record of driving revenue and profitability.
- A proactive and adaptable leadership style, able to lead from the front and make decisions in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to travel regularly to various sites across the UK to ensure operational standards are met.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
