Key Responsibilities
- Oversee all operational, financial, and commercial aspects of the venue, ensuring outstanding service and profitability.
- Lead, inspire, and develop a large, multi-functional team across food & beverage, events, and guest experience.
- Drive business growth, focusing on revenue generation, cost control, and efficiency.
- Maintain exceptional service standards, ensuring a world-class experience for guests.
- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, suppliers, and corporate partners.
- Ensure compliance with all health & safety, licensing, and legal requirements.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience as a General Manager, Operations Director, or Venue Director in a high-volume hospitality, events, or entertainment setting.
- Strong commercial acumen with a track record of driving revenue and managing budgets.
- Exceptional leadership and people management skills, with experience leading large teams.
- A passion for delivering excellence in customer experience and hospitality.
- Ability to work under pressure, make data-driven decisions, and drive continuous improvement.
