The Role:
As Conference & Banqueting Operations Manager, you will oversee the smooth running of all weddings, corporate functions, and private events. You'll lead a dedicated team, ensuring each occasion is executed to the highest standards, creating unforgettable experiences for our guests.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the day-to-day conference & banqueting operations
Lead, train & motivate a team to deliver exceptional service
Work closely with clients to bring their event vision to life
Ensure seamless setup, execution & breakdown of functions
Manage budgets, staffing, and operational logistics
Uphold 4-star standards & exceed guest expectationsWhat We're Looking For:
