The Role:

As Restaurant & Bars Manager, you will oversee the daily operations of our restaurant, bars, and lounge areas, ensuring outstanding service, efficiency, and profitability. You'll lead a dedicated team, driving guest satisfaction while maintaining high standards of food, drink, and service.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant and bars
Lead, train & develop a high-performing team
Ensure exceptional guest experiences at all times
Work closely with the kitchen & events teams to enhance food & beverage offerings
Manage budgets, stock control, and profitability
Maintain compliance with health & safety and licensing regulations
Drive sales, promotions & revenue growth

Proven experience in restaurant and/or bar management within a 4-star hotel or similar
Strong leadership & people management skills
A passion for food, drink, and exceptional service
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
