Role Overview:
As the Assistant Service Apartment Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the apartment complex. You will provide exceptional service to our guests, assist with day-to-day operations, and work closely with the management team to maintain the highest standards of quality and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in managing the daily operations of the service apartment complex, ensuring an impeccable guest experience.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to guests, resolving any inquiries or issues promptly and professionally.
  • Oversee the coordination of check-ins and check-outs, ensuring seamless transitions.
  • Maintain the appearance and cleanliness of the apartments and common areas to luxury standards.
  • Collaborate with housekeeping, maintenance, and front desk teams to ensure high standards of service delivery.
  • Ensure that guest requests and needs are met with attention to detail, exceeding expectations where possible.
  • Support the manager in administrative tasks, including booking management, inventory control, and reporting.
  • Monitor and manage guest feedback, working to continuously improve service offerings.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience working in luxury service apartments in Central London is essential.
