Key Responsibilities for this Hotel Financial Controller:
- Oversee all financial operations of the hotel, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
- Prepare and maintain monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
- Monitor and manage cash flow, including accounts payable and receivable.
- Conduct regular audits and reviews to ensure financial controls are in place and operating efficiently.
- Implement and maintain hotel-specific financial processes and systems.
- Analyse financial performance and provide recommendations for cost reduction and revenue enhancement.
- Manage and oversee self-accounting functions, ensuring all transactions are recorded accurately and timely.
- Provide leadership and guidance to the accounting team, ensuring deadlines are met and work is completed to the highest standards.
- Ensure compliance with all hotel policies and relevant regulatory requirements.

- Proven experience as a Financial Controller in the hotel industry is essential.
