- Operational Management: Oversee daily Restaurant/F&B/Event operations, manage reservations, and ensure efficient service using restaurant POS systems.
- Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and mentor the front-of-house team, fostering a positive work environment and ensuring high service standards.
- Customer Experience: Ensure guests receive top-notch service, manage feedback effectively, and handle special requests with professionalism.
- Menu and Beverage Program: Collaborate with culinary and bar teams to develop seasonal menus and maintain food and beverage quality standards.
- Compliance and Safety: Uphold health, safety, and hygiene standards, conducting regular inspections to ensure cleanliness and safety.
- Marketing and Events: Partner with the marketing team to promote the restaurant through events, promotions, and social media initiatives.
- Supplier Relations: Manage relationships with suppliers to ensure timely deliveries and maintain cost efficiency.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role in hospitality.
- Strong knowledge of food and beverage operations and events, including kitchen and bar management.
- Excellent leadership, organisational, and communication skills.
- Ability to problem-solve and work effectively under pressure.
- Knowledge of health, safety, and food hygiene regulations.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Proficiency in restaurant management software (POS systems, scheduling tools) is advantageous.
