JWR is seeking a dedicated Management Couple to lead a premium pub with rooms located in Bath area.

The opportunity requires a Front of House General Manager and Head Chef
As the General Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of the establishment, ensuring exceptional guest experiences and maintaining high standards of service.
Your leadership will drive the team to deliver excellence in customer service, operations management, and business development.As the Head Chef, you will lead the culinary team in creating and executing a menu that reflects a commitment to quality and innovation.
Your passion for food and attention to detail will be instrumental in maintaining the pubs reputation for outstanding dining experiences.Key Responsibilities:
General Manager:- Manage all aspects of daily operations, including staffing, inventory, and financial performance.
- Uphold the highest standards of customer service and ensure guest satisfaction.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve business goals and enhance profitability.
- Foster a positive work environment and lead by example to inspire and motivate the team.
Head Chef:
- Design seasonal menus that highlight locally sourced ingredients and reflect current culinary trends.
- Maintain consistency in food quality and presentation while adhering to health and safety standards.
- Manage kitchen staff, including training, scheduling, and performance evaluations.
- Collaborate with the General Manager to optimise menu profitability and enhance the overall dining experience.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in similar roles within the hospitality industry, preferably in a premium pub or restaurant setting, ideally with letting rooms and proven results.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for delivering exceptional customer service and culinary excellence.
- Understanding of financial management and ability to drive revenue growth.
