We are currently working with one of the most prestigious hotels in the Glasgow area, looking for a Sous Chef to join their multi award winning kitchen team.
As Sous Chef will be working closely with the Head Chef & Executive Head Chef, creating stunning modern dishes in keeping with the identity of the restaurant, utilising the best local & seasonal produce available.
