An exciting position is available at a lively open-fire restaurant and wine bar in the heart of Soho. This is a unique independent, women-led venue focused on seasonal, sustainably sourced ingredients and Mediterranean-style cooking - all done over fire. The drinks list highlights low-intervention wines from small producers across Europe.

This is an opportunity for an experienced and driven General Manager to lead a close-knit, ambitious team and help take an already outstanding operation to the next level.
Key Responsibilities:
Act as the face of the restaurant - creating meaningful guest relationships and delivering a consistently high standard of service
Maintain brand consistency while continuously looking for ways to enhance the guest experience
Lead, train, and inspire team members - fostering both professional development and a positive workplace culture
Manage all aspects of day-to-day operations, including financial oversight, staffing, service standards, and quality control
Collaborate closely with ownership on strategic planning and long-term growth
Monitor performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement initiatives to drive revenue and efficiency
