An esteemed hotel group in Sheffield is looking for an accomplished Food and Beverage Operations Manager to join their team. Set to become a leading venue in South Yorkshire with its grand opening in Summer 2024, this hotel boasts over 150 elegant rooms, a vibrant restaurant and bar, and conference facilities accommodating more than 250 guests.
We are seeking a dynamic Food and Beverage Manager with a proven track record in managing high-volume hotel operations, ideally with experience overseeing multiple outlets and coordinating simultaneous events. This position is perfect for someone from a branded hotel background, especially those with experience in large-scale venues such as stadium hotels.
Key Responsibilities:- Adaptability and quick thinking in a fast-paced, newly launched hotel environment.
- Hands-on leadership, ensuring smooth operations across all F&B outlets during peak times.
- Leading the delivery of F&B skills training while ensuring compliance with brand standards, internal development, and training initiatives.
- Managing and optimising F&B costs, including payroll, inventory control, waste management, and stock ordering.
