Head Chef or Hands on Exec Chef for a stunning Boutique Hotel with 2 Rosettes East Sussex
This is an exceptional opportunity for a passionate, commercially and financially astute Head Chef to take the helm of this stunning boutique Hotel
Presently with Food turnover sitting at c£1.2m/ this property is looking to stamp its mark over the coming years as the place to dine and , as such, is now seeking a Head Chef or Hands on Exec Chef with the following skills and passions.
Already a Head or Exec Chef within a 2 Rosette operation in the UK Hotel, Restaurant or Gastro Pub
Strong commercial and financial acumen, able to read your clientele and ensure your menus create interest and return business
An ability to build, mentor and motivate your team, whilst working as a senior part of the business setting the standard of professional conduct for your staff to follow
A stable career, evidencing consistent growth and development
Genuine passion for creating exciting and innovative dishes that tell a story of the local area and British cuisine at its finest,
Presently the property has a private dining room for 8, Events for up to 70 and restaurant for 45c holding 2 rosettes,
If you love cooking and creating innovative dishes utilising local fresh seasonal produce, want the autonomy to build your own menus across a fine dining offering, relaxed but elegant offering and small weddings, private dining and events this is an exceptional opportunity
you must already be based in the UK and have a 2/3 rosette background
Salary c£50,000 + Service and relocation assistance.
