Sales Director package.

The client looking to appoint a Sales Director.

The Sales Director opportunity.
- Lead and inspire a team of four high-performing sales managers
- Own and execute the MICE sales strategy across the UK, driving revenue and building long-lasting relationships
- Forge strong partnerships with key booking agents and corporate clients to ensure our hotel brand is top-of-mind
- Identify new business opportunities while maximising growth in existing accounts
- Travel across the UK to meet clients, attend industry events, and strengthen our presence in the MICE market
Sales Director experience required.
- Proven experience in a senior hotel sales role, with a clear focus on MICE
- A strong network of booking agents and corporate contacts
- Exceptional leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and drive a sales team
- Results-oriented, with a relentless focus on revenue growth
- Willingness to travel extensively across the UK
