Assistant Maintenance Manager - 4* Hotel & Country Club - North Hampshire / Surrey - £37-40K + Extensive Benefits.
My client is a leading historic 50bed 4* listed country house hotel and country club, part of a small chain currently looking to recruit a hands on Assistant Maintenance Manager to assist in the smooth running of the Facilities & Engineering department of 5, reporting to the Maintenance Manager - the position would suit a strong Maintenance, Facilities Supervisor or Electrical Engineer with 1-3yrs experience in Electrics and / or Plumbing and good Health & Safety and trade experience - Pool plant is a bonus.
The successful applicant will be hands on and managing general maintenance, H&S, legionella checks and control, repair works and have a strong background with hotels across electrical and/or AC and plumbing and assisting in exciting planned project work.
