Are you passionate about delivering unforgettable events? Stunning boutique hotel in Buckinghamshire is seeking a Wedding & Events Coordinator to join the growing team. This is your chance to bring dream weddings and standout client events to life in a beautiful setting.
The Role
As a key member of the Events team, you will:
- Coordinate Onsite Events: Collaborate with clients to plan and execute their events, from weddings to business conferences, ensuring their vision is flawlessly realized.
- Build Strong Relationships: Develop professional connections with clients to understand their needs, exceed expectations, and encourage repeat business.
- Communicate Across Teams: Proactively share event details and client preferences with internal teams, including Food and Beverage, to ensure seamless execution.
- Maintain Accurate Records: Keep the CRM system up-to-date with client information and correspondence for effective event planning and management.
- Showcase the Venue: Conduct tours of the property for potential clients, assisting the Sales team in securing bookings.
- Ensure Financial Accuracy: Prepare and deliver invoices promptly, following up to ensure timely payments.
- Support Business Growth: Contribute to developing both B2C and B2B events, driving revenue and client satisfaction.

- Willingness to go the extra mile, including flexibility with working hours.
- Confidence in using technology, including CRM systems (e.g., Opera) and Microsoft Office.
- Skilled negotiator, capable of influencing others and building trust at all levels.
Desirable Skills:
- Experience in events or working with Food & Beverage teams.
- Familiarity with Opera CRM.
- Commercial awareness, including understanding contracts and pricing.
