JOB TITLE: Hotel HR Manager - FTC 12 Months (Start: Early 2025)

What You'll Do:
* Lead Talent Acquisition: Oversee recruitment and selection processes to attract exceptional talent, ensuring every hire strengthens the team.

* Ensure Compliance: Manage all employment legislation, eligibility checks, and adherence to company policies.
* Foster Employee Relations: Be the go-to expert for personnel matters, maintaining records, and overseeing payroll with precision via HR software systems.

What You Bring:
* Experience: Proven track record as an HR generalist in a 4-star hotel environment.
* Qualification: CIPD qualification is preferred, but substantial hotel HR experience is equally valued.
* Expertise: Demonstrated skills in recruitment, training, team-building, and employee relations.
* Knowledge: Strong understanding of employment legislation and compliance standards.
* Communication: Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, adept at navigating complex employee scenarios.
