Baker - City of London
- 40 hours per week (45 including breaks)

- Starting time is 4am, which means that you will need an easy access to the City area before tube time.
- Contract type: Permanent, full-time, 40 hours, paid overtime
Requirements
- At least 3 years of bakery experience in a professional environment in an high volume production bakery leading the production of various baked goods including but not limited to bread, sourdough, and viennoiserie.
- Strong baking skills working with fresh ingredients from mixing ingredients to shaping and baking the dough.
- Availability to work on site with a flexible rota covering mornings, evenings, and weekends.
- Shifts for this role will typically start between 4am and 5am.
- Experience with fast paced and high demand environment.
- Ability to use a wood fire oven and other professional kitchen equipment.
- Fluent in English.
- Right to work in the UK.
