Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Head Chef in leading and managing a talented kitchen brigade.
- Oversee daily operations, ensuring exceptional standards of food quality and presentation.
- Contribute to menu development and innovative culinary creations.
- Maintain high standards of hygiene, health, and safety in the kitchen.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Sous Chef in a fine dining or high-end establishment.
- Expertise in steakhouse cuisine and passion for delivering exceptional dishes.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and mentor junior chefs.
- Excellent communication and organisational abilities.
- Flexible approach to work, including weekends and evenings.
