ROLE: Hotel Operations Manager
LOCATION: Northamptonshire
SALARY: Circa £48,000
A deluxe four-star hotel group is seeking an Operations Manager for a leading 4* hotel with over 150 bedrooms and meeting space for 200 in Northamptonshire.
This hotel is already one of the foremost hotels in area offering quality bedrooms stock, well-appointed M&E and stylish public areas. Only an established Operations Manager will be considered and strength and depth in quality food and beverage operations is a must.
We are looking for an Operations Manager who:
* Has a 4-star corporate Branded hotel, Leisure and Spa career, together with a strong background with Events Operations.
* Are hands on and able to lead a very strong HOD team to drive standards, cleanliness and Quality of service and focus on ensuring the guest experience throughout the whole hotel.
* Has experience of running the day to day running of the hotel with an all-round knowledge front of house, F&B, Leisure, Spa and Spa treatment rooms
You will be responsible for:
* Having a high level of presence within the business, completing operational management shifts and deputising for the General Manager in their absence.
* Staff development and ensuring high levels of customer service are achieved.
* Controlling the payroll and you must have a good commercial acumen to demonstrate your ability to understand the P&L
