As a Junior Sous Chef, you will play a vital role in supporting the Head Chef and Sous Chef in delivering the highest standards of food and service. - Assist in overseeing kitchen operations in the absence of the Head Chef and Sous Chef

- Ensure food is consistently prepared and presented according to the restaurant's standards
- Stay up to date with food trends and bring fresh ideas to the menu
