Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily restaurant operations, including staffing, scheduling, and customer service.
• Uphold high standards of food quality, presentation, and cleanliness.
• Train and mentor team members to provide excellent service and achieve performance goals.
• Monitor inventory and control costs to maximise profitability.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food preparation and presentation.
• Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and complaints promptly and professionally.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role in the hospitality industry.
• Strong leadership and organisational skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Understanding of restaurant management software and POS systems.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
