ROLE: Front of House & Duty Manager
LOCATION: Evesham, Worcestershire
SALARY: Circa £35,000 per year plus excellent benefits
Are you a dynamic leader with a passion for exceptional customer service? We're looking for a Front of House Manager to take charge of the day-to-day operations of our front desk team and support other departments in delivering seamless service.
In this hybrid role, your key responsibilities will include:
- Managing the Reception team: Leading, training, and developing a small but dedicated team to ensure consistent, top-tier service and guest satisfaction. oversee the daily operations of the front desk and lead a dedicated team in providing flawless service. This role offers the perfect opportunity for someone with a strong hotel reception management background, who thrives in a hands-on, guest-facing role.
- Cross-department support: Helping ensure smooth operations across the hotel throughout the day, assisting where necessary to maintain efficiency.
- Guest Relations: Building and nurturing excellent guest relationships, ensuring every guest has an outstanding experience.
- Administrative Support: Assisting the Hotel Manager with accounting and administrative tasks to maintain the hotel's financial and operational integrity.
Essential Skills & Experience:
- Proven experience in hotel reception management within a luxury hotel setting.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a reception team effectively.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with guests and build lasting relationships.
- Strong upselling and sales ability to maximise revenue through room upgrades, services, and promotions.
- Ability to maintain high service standards, manage guest complaints, and resolve issues efficiently.
- A proactive, hands-on approach, with a commitment to leading by example.
