General Manager - stunning Food Led Gastro pub/Restaurant 15 mins from Eastbourne.
I am presently working with a multi award wining group now looking for a highly engaging and hands on General Manager to lead an great team at a busy property just on the outskirts of Eastbourne.
This country location sits as a venue dating back to the 17th century and has become renowned for its amazing food, Tasting Menus with wine pairing, great service and warm, friendly and relaxed atmosphere.
As the manager, they are looking for someone with strong leadership skills, able to manage and develop the passionate team of mixed age ranges to ensure service levels are maintained, quality is assured and consistency is achieved.
A background within a food led operation dealing with all fresh locally sourced food, knowledge of the independent or small brand pub environment.
Be a leader able to take ownership of your environment and become the face and personality of the operation
In return, the property is offering the General Manager role a package as follows
A salary Package in the range of £45k base + £5-7k service + Mgt Bonus
