About the Role:
As Operations Manager, you'll be at the forefront of ensuring our guest experience is seamless, memorable, and unmistakably world-class. Reporting to the General Manager, you'll oversee all operational departments including:
- Food & Beverage
- Housekeeping
- Front of House
- Spa & Wellness
- Events & Private Functions
You'll also work closely with the Commercial Team, contributing to sales strategies and supporting initiatives to drive revenue, enhance guest satisfaction, and elevate our brand presence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and inspire department heads to deliver exceptional service across all guest touchpoints.
- Ensure operational excellence and smooth daily coordination across departments.
- Maintain and exceed five-star standards, with a meticulous eye for detail and luxury.
- Act as a guardian of guest experience, resolving challenges swiftly and graciously.
- Partner with the commercial team to support events, promotions, and occupancy growth.
- Manage budgets, forecast operational needs, and drive cost-effective service delivery.
- Champion a culture of excellence, continuous improvement, and team development.
About You:
- Proven experience in luxury hospitality operations (minimum 3 years in a senior role).
- A confident leader with the ability to mentor, motivate and manage high-performing teams.
- Strong background in F&B, events, and guest experience.
- Commercially savvy, with an understanding of sales and revenue strategies.
- Impeccable communication skills and a calm, solutions-focused approach.
